Wire & Cable Extrusion Line (Extruder)

This image shows our Wire & Cable Extrusion Line (Extruder), the core equipment in cable manufacturing. The complete line consists of an extrusion main machine, cooling trough, tractor, and control system. It coats the conductor with plastic insulation material, forming insulated wires, and enables continuous production from bare conductor to finished product, ensuring the insulation performance and dimensional accuracy of the wires.
